I bought a car recently from this dealership and was incredibly impressed by how helpful and upfront they were. The car I bought had damage in its history that would not have shown up in either cartell or motorcheck and was not visible on the vehicle but they made sure to tell me about it before buying. In addition the car was incredibly competitively priced. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a good value used car.

I bought Audi A6 from them, they are fantastic to deal with. Everything is top notch in the car and after sales service is fantastic as well. I have given my car to them twice for minor fixes and they fixed it as it was part of their warranty. They also offered courtesy car both times. I am driving the car from past 8 months.Feel free to purchase car from them.

Purchased my first car (bmw 1 series) here. The guys are really helpful and shared all details including the motorcheck report. Car was deliverd in a spec and clean conditon. Been two months since the purchase and faced no problems so far. Would recommend surely.

A family member of mine went to view a BMW 1 Series from this dealer.
On arrival, and in the ad, they were told the car was serviced, inspected and ready to be purchased. We organised for myself to bring the car to my workshop for a pre purchase inspection before buying. When I picked the car up, I, again was told, the car is ready to go, fully serviced etc, and all that will have to be done the next day is sign the paperwork and drive away in the car.
On my own inspection, I found the timing chain to be rattling, the turbo (which was new) to be whining very badly, the rear brake pads were metal on metal, the car was not serviced since July last year, the right hand front tyre was Illegal and Dangerous (below 1.6mm), and the various computers in the car were full of faults when a diagnostic test was carried out.
When I contacted the dealer again to ask is the car serviced, he said it was serviced recently. But when I read out the list of issues with the car, the story changed to "the car won't be serviced or inspected until a deposit is taken", but yet we were told that the next day we would purchase and drive away in the car?

This is not a case of miscommunication, 3 times were told the car is fully serviced and ready to go, and all of a sudden when inspected, the story changes.
I understand cars can sit for months waiting to be purchased and then they get serviced when there is interest in the car, but what is the need to lie about it being ready to go? And then change the story, or blame it on miscommunication  when you get caught out?
Very unprofessional to sell a car like that to someone and it dangerous to be on the road.
**DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE UNLESS PRE INSPECTED BY YOUR OWN MECHANIC**

Never ever will I recommend to deal with this company. Worst ever customer service. First of works very slow. Same car/van promises to couple people. We wanted to do a trade in and was trying to get in touch with them ourselves everyday. One of them answers the phone and hung ups on you for no reason, another one answers the phone and calls you worst words ever. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. We had to ring financial company ourselves and make an arrangements. Financial company said that they have to get in touch with them to proceed with paperwork, they never did. Two weeks just waste of time and nothing done.
